Weekly Rentals

Minimum one week stay is required. All utility cost such as Electricity and water is included in the rental. Communication cost will be based on actual usage. All Rental Rates in respect of apartments are clearly stated in the website www.srilankastay.com

Monthly Rentals

Monthly rental arrangement and rates are different from weekly rentals. To be eligible for this scheme Minimum one 3 Months stay is required. All utility cost such as Electricity, water, Communication will have to be paid by the Occupant seperately. All monthly Rental Rates in respect of apartments are clearly stated in the website www.srilankastay.com
